STEAMStep – Summer Camp

Rising 1st – 6th Grades
June 18, 2018 – August 17, 2018

Under the guidance of our our passion driven staff, campers take on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) and outdoor activities tailored to their level, and they learn lasting innovation skills like collaboration and reflection. As campers grow, our curriculum evolves to include more advanced concepts, complex projects and creative freedom.

Why STEAMStep?

Our camp is fun… a lot of fun! And, almost every summer camp is designed around kids having FUN. However, what differentiates STEAMStep from others is that kids are also exposed to a variety of areas in STEM, Arts and Business.

Typical Day at STEAMStep Summer Camp

7:00-9:00 am – Before Care
9:00-9:35 am – Team building & Agenda Planning
9:40-10:50 am – First rotation: Art*
10:50-11:05 am – Snack break
11:10 -12:20 pm – Second rotation: Technology*
12:25-1:25 pm – Lunch (bring your own) and outdoor play
12:50-1:00 pm – Half-day camp ends (Parents pick up part-day campers)
1:25-2:25 pm – Third rotation: Outdoor Play*
2:30-3:50 pm – Weekly Theme Time**
3:50-4:00 pm – Closing Ceremony
4:00-4:15 pm – Summer camp ends—parents pick up campers and sign out with staff
4:15-6:30 pm – Extended care
